4.1 Payment Terms

Payment for courses must be made in full or according to the installment plan selected during enrollment. For installment plans, you authorize us to charge your payment method according to the schedule specified.

4.2 Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

Full refund if requested within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 20% of the course content
50% refund if requested within 14 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 50% of the course content
No refund after 14 days of enrollment or if more than 50% of the course content has been accessed

All refund requests must be submitted through our website contact form.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided as part of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, are the property of CodeCraft Academy or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

5.1 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the content
Modify or create derivative works based on the content
Use the content for commercial purposes
